Why Hello! It certainly has been a while hasn't it. Well things here at the IWILLSAVEYOURDAY house has been quite busy. But I am excited to get back to regularly blogging and sharing with you my craziness. First here are the highlights from the last three weeks:

*Photography has officially taken over my life and I am in LOVE with all of it. I had the opportunity to do some amazing sessions with lots of awesome local photographers. Plus I had my first wedding of the year (which was unique). All my spare time is going into building my business with the marketing and networking.

*Went to Utah with Rachael and my mom for one of Rachaels bridal showers. It was A LOT of driving for 4 days but I had a good time relaxing, hanging out with my fam, and meeting Rae's friends from BYU. Plus on the way back from Provo we went the Las Vegas way since there was a big storm the other way. I hadn't been to Las Vegas for a long long time and thanks to my mom we stayed at a pretty swanky hotel on the strip. It was all good times but I was definitely looking forward to getting home to B and G.

*We finally got word that the offer on our house got approved!!!! Oh you didn't know we were selling our house huh. Man I am awesome at keeping secrets. :) A week after the whole MC dealio, Brandon and I made the hard decision to put the house up for sale. The failing economy hit Brandon's commission only job and we were struggling to stay a float in our current situation. So selling the house was the only real option that we had. After lots of prayers and fasting, a couple decided to take a chance and put an offer on our house right before Christmas. We got the approval from the bank at the end of January and the day we got the approval we signed papers to an amazing rental just down the street. We were definitely ready to move on even though I loved our house. We know it wasn't exactly what we had planned when we bought it in March of 2007 but we had to put our trust in God that He knows what is right for us. So we spent Valentines Day moving and unpacking. Real romantic huh! :)

*Gidget is still adorable and her knew thing is sitting on my head in the middle of the night waking me up. Brandon thinks it is cute, me on the other hand find it not so cute.

*Rachaels Wedding! Wedding! Wedding! Bridal shower this weekend, then her and Gregg's groomals, then the wedding. I am seeing the light at the end of this wedding tunnel. :)

Ok I promise not to wait three weeks to blog again. I have a lot of things I am excited to show you! So get back into the habit of checking this little space of mine out.

Randomness

1. It has been 13 weeks since the whole miscarriage dealio. I still think about it everyday. At least I have gotten to the point that I can say the word "miscarriage" without tearing up...sometimes. These past couple of weeks has been especially hard because I would have been somewhere from 21-24 weeks along. Probably would have found out what the lil peanut was. Oh well.

2. Speaking of the MC, my hormones are still crazy sauce and probably will be for a few more months. Something about my body still thinking I am pregnant. Dumb body. At least that is my excuse for why I started crying when I watched this on Thanksgiving day.

3. Brandon has been listening to the Twilight book series on his ipod during the day. We went and saw the movie together and that got him really interested in the books. The sad thing about it all is he is done with the series while I can't get past book two. I am now dedicating my Christmas vacation to finishing. I will keep you updated since I know you are on the edge of your seat. :) He is ashamed that he liked it though. He went into the theater ready to make fun of it. Little did he know the power of Edward and Bella.

4. There is a chocolate Teddy Grahams box on my desk at home. I just noticed that on the back is a recipe for a Teddy Milk Float. Sounds yum huh. Here is the recipe (exactly how it is written) just in case you want to try it.

*Pour 1 cup of fat free milk into a tall glass or large mug
*Add 24 Teddy Grahams Chocolate Graham Snacks, a few at a time.
*Serve with a long spoon to scoop out and eat the graham snacks, and a fun straw to slurp the milk.
Makes 1 serving

In other wards, pour crackers in milk and enjoy. :)

5. My little sister is getting married in March. I am so extremely excited for them. I send her, on average, 4-6 emails a day showing her different ideas. On Friday, I spent two hours and put together her "Wedding Book" since I was sick of her pulling out napkins she had written on. I might be borderline obsessing over it. I am turning into Monica at Phoebe's wedding (Friends reference). Soon, I am going to need a blue tooth headset.

And get over the fact that they clearly don't cater to people with big heads or nice older gentlemen or people in general. At least, I am buying them at Target so that helps my morals that not all my money is going straight back to that demon factory.

I got a haircut. Which is a big deal since I cut/trim my hair one or twice a year. Brandon thinks I looks like my older sister, which is baloney, but I take as a compliment.

I am in need of some help. Brandon and I are going to California this weekend for The Bamboozle Left. I am SUPER excited since it has been a while since I went to a festival/concert. We leave Friday afternoon and come back Monday. We are only going to one of the two days of the festival so the other day Brandon said we can do whatever I want. We usually go to California to go to some amusement park (Disneyland/Six Flags/Universal/Sea World) but I want to do something different and fun. That’s where I need help. I am pretty familiar with the LA area. We are not really beach people. We are staying in Buena Park and the festival is in Irvine so anywhere in the OC or LA County. I was thinking about going to MOCA or PDC but that would only be fun for me and not so much fun for Brandon. Do you guys know any cool places to go see? Also eat? We usually just eat at our normal joints and it would be nice to go someplace different. Any help or ideas would be awesome.

It seems like these last couple of months I have been on an emotional roller coaster. Some days are better then others...we should all feel bad for Brandon ;)

It's always been hard for me to make decisions, especially decisions that have to do with our future. My way of figuring it all out is turn to my faith. I have faith that there is a plan for us all but sometimes that plan isn't so clear. That's were I get confused. One day I think we are suppose to do one thing and then the next day I think something else. I am so afraid that I am going to make the wrong decision and screw everything up.

I have always been connected to the song, For me This Is Heaven by Jimmy Eat World.
Especially the part

"If I don't let myself be happy now then when?"

If not now when?

So that's what I am going to concentrate on. Being happy. And hopefully I will figure it out.
